Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? Fair enough.
Here are the things you might want to know before buying The Workplace Anxiety Survival Guide.
-
There's no deadline and no gold star for finishing quickly. Most modules are around 30 minutes or less, and you can work through the course at whatever pace suits you.
You'll have lifetime access, so you can also come back to the tools whenever work starts being a bit shit again.
-
Nope. The course isn't about how to do your particular job. It's about the psychology of what can happen to humans at work.
The examples and tools are designed to be useful across different industries, workplaces and roles, whether you work in an office, a hospital, a school, a shop, from home, or somewhere completely different.
-
Definitely practical.
There is psychology in there because understanding why something is happening can be bloody useful. But I'm not interested in giving you a psychology lecture and sending you on your way.
You'll get practical exercises, worksheets and tools to help you actually do something with what you're learning.

There is no anxiety entrance exam. 😂
You don't need a diagnosis, and you don't need to be falling apart.
If you're overthinking work, dreading particular situations, replaying conversations, worrying about mistakes, struggling to switch off, or simply finding that work gets to you more than you'd like, there's likely to be something useful here.
And if work isn't affecting you much at all? Brilliant. You probably don't need this course.

No. The Workplace Anxiety Survival Guide is a self-paced educational course, not therapy.
You won't have individual therapeutic support from me as part of the course, and purchasing it doesn't create a therapist-client relationship.
Everything you need to work through the course is included in the materials. If you need individual mental health support, please seek help from an appropriately qualified professional.
